These terms apply when you use the OnlineX website, create an account, or buy printers, computers, laptops, and accessories from us.
By browsing OnlineX or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be able to enter a binding contract. If you are under 18, an adult should place the order for you.
You are responsible for the details on your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or activity that breaks these terms.
We describe products in good faith. Photographs are for illustration and may differ slightly in colour or packaging. Specifications on the product page are the ones that apply to that listing.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include the taxes displayed at checkout. A price on the site can change before you place an order. The price you confirm at checkout is the price for that order, unless it was published in obvious error.
Stock is updated from our catalog. An item can sell out between the time you add it to the cart and the time we accept the order.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price was listed by mistake, we cannot deliver to the address, or the order looks fraudulent or incomplete.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the amount collected. You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, the Refund Policy applies.
Checkout is cash on delivery unless another method is shown. You agree to pay the courier the order amount when the parcel is delivered. Refusing a correctly fulfilled cash-on-delivery order may limit future orders on the same account.
We dispatch orders to the address you provide. Delivery time depends on location, stock, and the courier. Dates shown on the site are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery time. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier delivers them to that address.
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, follow the Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours.
Eligible returns and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranty, where it applies, is in addition to that policy and follows the brand terms supplied with the product. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, liquid, power problems, or repair by someone other than an authorized service centre.

The OnlineX name, logo, page design, and product descriptions on this site belong to OnlineX or its licensors. You may view them for personal shopping. You may not copy them for a competing store or remove any credit or notice.
We are responsible for supplying the products you order and for losses that the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business or data, or delay caused by a courier, a manufacturer, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
